Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, original packing materials and certificates, if any. A replacement fee will be charged otherwise.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your items.

If your return is approved, we will send you a full cost one-year store credit, minus shipping costs, to be used online or in store. No payment refunds accepted.

Shipping

Your item(s) can be shipped back to Columbia Jewelers by the carrier of your choice. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your package has reached Columbia Jewelers. Columbia Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to Columbia Jewelers

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
