Columbia Jewelers ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Several shipping options are available at checkout for expedited shipping. You may select your preferred shipping option when placing your order.

Columbia Jewelers requires all orders to be insured for the order value. Confirmation or tracking information will be emailed to you when merchandise is shipped.

Orders for in-stock items placed by noon Eastern Time is shipped the next business day.

Orders requiring stone color changing or resizing is shipped within 5-7 business days.

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 within the US.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

The insurance Columbia Jewelers carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please include a street address for delivery.

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. Columbia Jewelers ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

In all orders we require a signature for delivery.



If an item is Out-of-Stock and is not expected to arrive within 2 business days, all remaining items in your order will ship immediately without the Out-of-Stock item(s) and you will be notified via email about the existence of the Backorder. As soon as the Backordered item(s) arrive into stock again, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE standard shipping, and send you an email to let you know that your backordered item(s) has shipped.

In the case of a backorder, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your original order.

When you are notified of the backorder item(s), you may cancel that item from your order by contacting us by email, and if you have been charged for it, we will refund you the price of that item. Additionally, if your original order included free shipping, and you choose to cancel a backordered item from your order, lowering the total of your order below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund by our standard shipping fees as posted at time on our website.

International Orders

Except for Canada, all International orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Please make appropriate selection on the order form so that processing of your order is not delayed.

Please note, you are responsible for paying all Customs duties and taxes which may be required by your country. If you refuse to pay the actual charges levied in your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us here in the U.S. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Please do not order if you do not agree to this.
