We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paperwork (if applicable), original packages and all tags and labels still attached and undamaged. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 30 days of receipt will be not be accepted.
Customs orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to sending items back. The RMA number authorizes the initiates the return process. Unauthorized items without an RMA number may be returned to the sender with additional fees required.
Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information, and will expire within five (5) days of the issue date. Please be sure all returned items are postmarked within this period.
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier.
How to return an order
1. Obtain the Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#): Please request this number emailing email@example.com or clicking Contact Us. Complete the return form (which can be found at the bottom of this page) and write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning as well as on the form.
2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials and documents, including the return form, packing slip and certificates, if any (a replacement fee will be charged otherwise) in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
3. Shipment and Insurance: Your return or exchange can be shipped back to Columbia Jewelers by the carrier of your choice. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached Columbia Jewelers. Columbia Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to Columbia Jewelers.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. Columbia Jewelers will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling, and insurance. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Refunds of online purchases will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.
